Hassle Return Policy
At
ExposeLingerie,
we’re happy when you’re happy. We sincerely hope that
you’ll be 100% pleased with your purchase, however we
understand that sometimes there may be a need to return
or exchange something. You may return unworn,
unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery. Please
make sure all tags and packaging are intact. Due to
health code regulations, underwear must be unopened and
unworn.
We
will process your return / exchange within 10 business
days and notify you once we have done so. If you
requested a refund, we will process it on the original
credit/debit card used for the purchase.
Return
/ Exchange Shipping Fees
You
are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are
exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or
items that you did not order, it is important that the
items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can
credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a
result of our error.
All sales of
closeout merchandise are final and no
returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose
the correct size and color when purchasing closeout
items. These items are clearly marked "closeout" on the
product page, the shopping cart page, your email
confirmation and on your packing
slip.
For the
health and safety of our employees, no returns of
worn items will be accepted. We define worn
as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine
if it fits.
How
To Exchange Your
Purchase
Exchanges must be
made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Item(s)
must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as
received, and must have tags attached. Women’s bodysuits
and body stockings, women’s and men’s panties and
underwear are NOT returnable or exchangable. Costumes
are not returnable, and can be exchanged for size
only. Email us in
advance when
making an exchange. Include your order number, the items
you are returning and the items you want in exchange and
we'll try to reserve the new items for you prior to
receiving your return.
Please
follow these steps to successfully exchange your
purchase:

can place a new order for the desired item(s), and we
will ship it and charge your credit card. You can then
return the item(s) you wish to return to us for a full
credit. (Please see instructions below for
Returns.)

(1)Include with the
item(s) the name, full address, phone number, and order
number (if available) from the original order, and an
explanation of the item number(s), color(s), and size(s)
you would like in exchange. (2)If a credit needs to
be issued by us, we can only issue the credit to the
same credit card used in the original order. (3)If
there are additional charges to be owed to us, we will
charge the difference to the credit card used for the
original order unless otherwise specified. (4)If you
would like the difference to be charged to a different
credit card, please provide us with the name, billing
address, phone number, credit card number and expiration
date of the credit card to be
used.
How
To Return Your Purchase
Please
follow these steps to successfully return your
purchase:
- Replace the
item in the packaging in which it was received. This
is the original brand packaging in which each item is
wrapped.
- If the item
was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in
a box. If you do not have the original box, please use
a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We
are not responsible for damage to products in transit
back to us.
- To ensure
the package arrives back to us safely and that you are
credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and
traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail
or another method) where you receive a shipping slip
that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight
shipping is not necessary. Many carries offer low cost
ground shipping and allow you to trace your delivery.

Return
Fees (if
applicable):
Sometime your return may be
subject to a fee. Following are the situations under
which these fees may apply:
- Orders
returned to the wrong address and subsequently forward
to us are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is
accepted.
- Orders
returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% Restocking
Fee if return is accepted.

Orders
returned that were part of a free shipping offer are
subject to a 10% handling fee (maximum of $9) if
accepted.
Please note that
ExposeLingerie may refuse any return if
it does not meet the Return
guidelines.
IF
WE SHIP A PACKAGE AND IT COMES BACK TO US EITHER AS
"REFUSED" OR "UNDELIVERABLE" DUE TO A BAD SHIPPING
ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, WE WILL CREDIT THE
CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THE RETURN, LESS A $10.00
REFUSAL/UNDELIVERABLE FEE.
Tip: Your
local post office (in the U.S. only) provides free
boxes and envelopes if you use Priority Mail, but for
packages of 11 ounces or less, First Class postage is
cheaper and for packages of 2 pounds or more, you
might find Parcel Post to be a better value. Also, you
can usually reuse the container in which you received
your order. For example, if you received your order in
a plastic envelope, it can sometimes be turned inside
out and then sealed with a piece of tape. Similarly,
if you received your order in a box, you can reuse it
as long as any old postage or address labels are
covered or crossed
out.
